Primal Prowess is a bioenergetic practice designed to meet the savage, sovereign, sacred parts of ourselves.


…Primal Prowess Whaaaa?

In addition to filming, cooking on sailboats, teaching movement is one thing I've fallen in love with along my journey. I’ve always loved teaching yoga in addition to running Ruby Riot Creatives, but in this time of COVID-19, this back-burner passion is taking a front seat to support our community.


I get in my head a lot. Going through a divorce back in 2013, I couldn't shake the trauma I'd experienced from the whole process. I stumbled upon a yoga class, heard words like, "Rest in exactly the way you're feeling right now. You don't have to change anything about this moment," and I fell in love with this new way of relating to my body (and began moving the experiential emotional trauma stored throughout my body and I began sleeping again.)
