 Primal Prowess At Home Workout Videos: A Tutorial Video Case Study

Pre-Pandemic: In addition to our podcast, we were involved in a number of weekly workout groups, and monthly festivals to help entrepreneurs and creatives get out of their heads and into their bodies through movement, our signature style of workout class is called Primal Prowess.

When everything went into lockdown in 2020, we transitioned our community to a gated monetized subscription based online platform for these weekly workout offerings, livestreaming every Friday morning, with a high-res replay (below) available for purchase.

The online workout tutorial videos were a huge success for passive revenue stream especially during pandemic times, it allowed us to stay connected (albeit virtually) with our tribe, and it’s given us a 10-part gated content series, a 10-hour series we can bundle to add value with our other services like our Prowess Portrait boudoir video shoots.
